Aside from our regular apportionments, we also support several local, regional, national, and international causes. These are some that are near and dear to our hearts:
Festival of Sharing-Faith communities across Missouri gather in mission to address issues of poverty and hunger we see in our own communities and across the globe. Thousands of people from all over the state attend these Sharefests, bringing their collected cash and material goods for ministry projects. Food pantries and other social service agencies in Missouri with ecumenical support attend the gatherings and receive an allocation from the supplies brought.
Night to Shine-is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs ages 14 and older. On one night, 655 churches from around the world come together to host Night to Shine for approximately 100,000 honored guests through the support of 200,000 volunteers! St. Andrew’s has been a part of this experience since 2018.
