St. Andrew's was pleased to send 14 baby afghns in July to Afghans for Angels, an organization of volunteers who distribute handmade afghans to local hospitals to give to parents who have suffered the loss of an infant through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant death.  Our contact is Mrs. Falba Core, a former pastor's wife living in Jefferson City.  Thank you, St. Andrew's knitters/crocheters!

How about some good reading material???  Mary Frances Davis, widow of Rev. Richard Davis who was our pastor from 1984 to 1991, has written her personal story, Preacher's Wife.   To get a copy (which is $15) please order directly from Mary Frances.  Church office can provide address.
