MUSIC IS
IMPORTANT AT OUR CHURCH!
Pictured at left are Jan and
Werner Stichling with St. Andrew's "new" antique pump organ--which
formerly belonged to Jan's parents, Maxine and Bob Carter. The organ was
refinished by Maxine and she also made the needlepoint covers for the
stool and pedals. It is a real work of art.

| Chancel
Choir rehearsals are at 7:00 on Wednesdays, beginning September 7 for
the 2011-12 season. Choir director is Larry Bay. |
In the
summer of 2011 the church replaced its electronic keyboard with a new,
updated model. Nancy Rosevink has been practicing on it and
learning its many capabilities.
BELL CHOIR
has been active this summer and presented a special at the
August 28 worship service. This component of the St. Andrew's
music ministry is directed by Larry Bay.
The children attending Children's Church also sing at our 10:30 worship
service throughout the year as they participate at St. Andrew's.
Nancy Rosevink provides solo music on flute, piano, and keyboard as
well as accompanying the children. |
